Mentor Leadership Program

Since its inception, the ACE Mentor Program of Greater NY (ACE GNY) has been able to operate by the hard work and dedication of mentors throughout the design and construction industry. The work of strong, committed mentors has enabled thousands of students to be introduced to this field in high school and be inspired to pursue it in college and beyond.

Year after year, the ACE GNY Board of Directors recognized the impact that mentors were having on the personal and professional development of students and wanted to create a program to impact the mentors’ personal and professional journeys. Thus, the Mentor Leadership Program was born.

During the Mentor Leadership Program, the cohort meets with Board Members and Friends of ACE GNY to discuss different topics relating to skill development, career pathways, industry trends, and more. These monthly lunch-and-learn sessions enable mentors to learn more about themselves, the industry, and what it takes to succeed while also networking with industry leaders.
