We thank all of the supporters of ACE GNY through these challenging times, especially the sponsors listed in the Journal below.

Our story is one of perseverance, strength, community, and excellence.

Together, we developed the following Journal to detail the journey of us: our students, our mentors, our alumni, our sponsors, our board members, and our industry.

When the coronavirus pandemic hit New York City, the ACE Mentor Program of Greater NY drastically modified our program for 1,200 students and over 600 mentors. The program quickly shifted from meeting in-person at A-E-C offices throughout NYC, Long Island, and Westchester, to meeting virtually through video conferencing software to complete their mock design projects.

Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, ACE GNY stayed strong. Our 2019-20 Program Year concluded with virtual final presentations in May, and we were able to connect with students, mentors, alumni, and partners in new and innovative ways during the summer. In the fall, the program kicked off virtually for over 1,300 students across 44 mentoring teams. We are excited to see the hard work and strength of our program as our 2020-2021 season continues and culminates with teams’ final presentations in June 2021.
